Teamwork makes the dream work (?)

Salutations! Today my groupmates and I discussed on what exactly we would like to give back to our community for our group project. Unfortunately for us, we all live in vastly different locations. Therefore, we decided that it would be best to proceed with our projects in our own residential areas, so more good can be done.

We discussed through Google Meet and quite honestly, it was very productive, and did wonders for building back my momentum to study, as I've been slacking off a bit recently. In 40 minutes, we planned our entire project, came up with a list of questions to ask Dr. Izyani (Dr. if you're reading this, please expect my email first thing tomorrow), distributed the work evenly and also opened a Google Document to collaborate on.

Of course, it can't be denied that there were moments where all three of us were blank and had no ideas, but the great thing about teamwork is you think together, and eventually come up with a solution with each other's help. I'd say the main challenge we faced was our locations, since we were all living far away from each other, and we also had to think about how to stitch together the videos, and which topic would make that easier for us. But by the end of the session, we had that figured out too.

So now, the only thing left to do is to actually start writing the proposal. Our hope is that our project can really make a difference in our community, even if it's just a small, insignificant difference, it would feel good to know that we played our part in campaigning for a healthier home.

To illustrate, here's a video of what we plan to carry out (albeit on a much smaller scale):

    Until next time. :)
